Marketing teams: campaign briefs that write themselves and report back
Treat every campaign as an idea in the loop: auto-drafted briefs with acceptance criteria, OKR-linked execution, and a Learn station that actually gets filled in.

OKR
every campaign tied to one

from campaign idea to drafted brief
1 page
holds brief, assets, and results
A campaign is an idea with a deadline: someone proposes it, someone scopes it, work ships, and results either get measured or quietly forgotten. That's the same lifecycle we run for software — so the same machinery applies.
File "Launch the ADLC explainer series on LinkedIn" as an idea and UltiPad drafts the brief: audience, message, deliverables as user stories with acceptance criteria ("three posts, each with a product screenshot and one measurable claim"). Score it on impact and effort against everything else competing for the same week. Link it to the quarterly awareness OKR so it exists for a reason.
Agents do marketing legwork too
Connected over MCP, a writing agent reads the brief — the actual approved brief, not a Slack paraphrase — drafts the assets, attaches them to the idea, and reports progress. Comments from agents are badged as AI, so review stays honest. Our own marketing runs this way: the launch video script, the use-case articles you're reading, and the site copy were drafted by an agent against specs in our workspace, then human-reviewed.
The under-rated station is Learn: results get documented on the campaign's own record — outcomes next to intent. Six months later, "did the video series work?" is a lookup, not an archaeology project.

Agencies: replace the status deck with a loop your clients can watch
Client requests arrive through branded portals, carry the account's revenue weight into prioritisation, and resolve on a published roadmap — no Friday status deck required.
Operations & internal teams: an intake queue that proves its own SLA
IT, HR, and ops requests get the triage inbox, due-date tracking, and per-owner delivery evidence — cycle times and on-time rates computed from the workflow itself.
